Location: First Ministry Center (Across from the First Baptist Church on Fulton Street , former YMCA building) --- Entrance to the clinic is at the rear of the building, the silver door with awning

Operating Hours:  THURSDAY evenings (except Thanksgiving)  6:00p.m.

• Patients are served on a first come, first served basis.

• No phone appointments are taken.

• Limited number of patients are seen each clinic by the Doctor.

• Established clinic patient prescriptions may be refilled.

• We do not accept patients with Medicaid, Medicare or private insurance.
